“Bring the Music™” – Hillbilly Bible Movie x Voyage Air Guitar Giveaway

(the “Giveaway”) April 12th, 2026

Hillbilly Bible Movie LLC (“Sponsor”)
In cooperation with Voyage Air Guitar (“Prize Partner”), Red’s Lounge, and WCQC 91.3 FM – Home of the Blues (collectively, the “Participating Partners”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Facebook is fully released from all liability by each entrant.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
Are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and
Are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher); and
Are legally permitted to participate in promotions of this type where they live; and
Are able and willing to travel to Clarksdale, Mississippi during Juke Joint Festival weekend in 2026 and be present at Red’s Lounge on Sunday, April 12, 2026 to accept the Prize in person.
1.2 The Giveaway is void where prohibited, restricted, or where registration, bonding, or other filing with any governmental authority is required but has not been completed by Sponsor.
1.3 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor or Prize Partner, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on April 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer/system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter during the Giveaway Period, an eligible individual must complete ALL of the following steps on Facebook:
3.1 Step 1 – Visit & Share Pages
Visit the Hillbilly Bible Movie Facebook page and the Voyage Air Guitar Facebook page.
Share at least one post from the Hillbilly Bible Movie Facebook page.
Share at least one post from the Voyage Air Guitar Facebook page.
3.2 Step 2 – Share the Supporter Package Link
On Facebook, share the link to the Hillbilly Bible Movie Supporter/Fan Package page:

You may mention that there is a $30 Supporter Package, but no purchase is necessary to enter.
3.3 Step 3 – Public Post & Tags
Make sure that at least one of your posts related to this Giveaway is set to Public so Sponsor can see and verify it.
In that public post, you must:
Tag Hillbilly Bible Movie, and
Tag Voyage Air Guitar.
Where possible, you are also encouraged (but not required) to tag or follow Red’s Lounge and WCQC 91.3 FM – Home of the Blues.
3.4 Limit One Entry
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period.
Multiple entries, multiple accounts, or entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3.5 No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win.
Buying a Hillbilly Bible Movie Supporter/Fan Package or any other product or service will not increase your chances of winning.
3.6 Agreement to Official Rules and Release
By submitting an entry in this Giveaway (including by making any required Facebook posts or shares), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, and you further acknowledge and agree to the Release of Liability set forth in Section 8 below.
4. Prize
4.1 Grand Prize (one (1) winner only):
One (1) Voyage Air Guitar (model and color determined by Prize Partner/Sponsor in their discretion).
Public winner announcement on the Hillbilly Bible Movie Facebook page and at Red’s Lounge on Sunday, April 12, 2026 during Juke Joint Festival weekend.
Photo and prize presentation at Red’s Lounge (398 Sunflower Avenue, Clarksdale, MS) on Sunday, April 12, 2026, with the Producer of Hillbilly Bible presenting the Voyage Air Guitar.
A Clarksdale goodie bag, which may include local promotional items, Hillbilly Bible Movie merchandise, Voyage Air Guitar promotional items, and/or optional items provided by the City of Clarksdale or local partners, as available and at their discretion. These additional items are not guaranteed.
Optional mention on WCQC 91.3 FM – Home of the Blues, at the station’s discretion.
4.2 There will be only one (1) winner in this Giveaway.
4.3 Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $799 USD, based on the Voyage Air Guitar. Any additional promotional or optional items provided in the goodie bag are complimentary and may have minimal or no retail value. Actual value may vary.
4.4 Travel, lodging, meals, festival/event tickets, transportation, insurance, and any and all other expenses associated with traveling to and being in Clarksdale, Mississippi are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.5 No cash alternative or substitution of the Prize will be provided, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
4.6 Sponsor may be required under U.S. law to issue an IRS Form 1099‑MISC to the winner reflecting the total retail value of the Prize. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W‑9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) or similar tax documentation. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes that may be associated with receipt of the Prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 After the end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner.
5.2 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5.3 The potential winner will be notified on or about April 10–11, 2026, by:
Direct message on Facebook and/or
Public announcement on the Hillbilly Bible Movie Facebook page.
5.4 The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt (or by the deadline stated in the notification). Failure to respond in time, inability to verify eligibility, or inability/unwillingness to travel to Clarksdale for the prize presentation on Sunday, April 12, 2026 may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
5.5 Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful) and any required tax forms as a condition of receiving the Prize.
5.6 The confirmed winner will be publicly announced on the Hillbilly Bible Movie Facebook page and at Red’s Lounge on Sunday, April 12, 2026, during the prize presentation event. The winner must be present at Red’s Lounge on that date to receive the Prize. If the winner is not present, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.
5.7 All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and selection and confirmation of the winner, are final and binding in all respects.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 The winner must attend in person at Red’s Lounge, 398 Sunflower Avenue, Clarksdale, Mississippi, on Sunday, April 12, 2026, during Juke Joint Festival weekend, to receive the Prize and participate in any photo/press/on‑air activities.
6.2 If the winner cannot attend on the specified date or location, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, attempt to arrange an alternative presentation method, or may elect to award the Prize to an alternate winner.
6.3 All federal, state, local, and other taxes (if any) associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner should consult a tax professional regarding any tax obligations.
7. General Conditions
7.1 Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, engages in fraud or misconduct, or acts in a manner that Sponsor deems to be abusive, inappropriate, or harmful.
7.2 Sponsor is not responsible for:
Late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise undeliverable entries;
Any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software;
Any unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process;
Any electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.
7.3 If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, natural disasters, or governmental orders or regulations (collectively, “force majeure events”), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, or any part of it.
7.4 If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non‑suspect entries received up to the time of such termination, or elect not to award the Prize.
8. Release of Liability
By entering this Giveaway (including by making any required Facebook posts or shares), each participant expressly agrees that they are voluntarily participating at their own risk and agrees to fully and forever release, indemnify, and hold harmless:

WCQC 91.3 FM – Home of the Blues,
The City of Clarksdale, and
Facebook,
and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:
Participation in this Giveaway;
Any technical or human errors, problems, or delays; and/or
The acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, including any travel or activities related to the Prize or attendance at Juke Joint Festival or events in Clarksdale.
Where prohibited by law, this waiver may not apply in full, and participants may have additional rights.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor and the Participating Partners permission to use their name, likeness, image, voice, city/state of residence, and any statements about the Giveaway or Prize for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for marketing and promotional purposes consistent with Sponsor’s privacy practices. 11. Disputes & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that:
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and
Such disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflicts of law principles; and
The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Memphis, Tennessee, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

SPONSOR AND PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Hillbilly Bible Movie LLC (“Sponsor”), the company behind the Hillbilly Bible Movie film and related projects (collectively, the “Hillbilly Bible Project”), in promotional partnership with Voyage-Air Guitar. Sponsor, the Hillbilly Bible Project (including the movie, any events, giveaways, and promotions), Voyage-Air Guitar, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents are collectively referred to in these rules as the “Released Parties.”
The Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes intended solely to give away one (1) Voyage-Air Guitar to a randomly selected eligible participant. It does not create any employment, partnership, or other relationship beyond what is stated in these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, the Hillbilly Bible Project, Voyage-Air Guitar, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor intends this Giveaway to be fair, inclusive, and non‑discriminatory. Sponsor does not discriminate in any way on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age (subject to the 18+ requirement), disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law. All decisions about eligibility, entries, and the winner are made in good faith by Sponsor and the Hillbilly Bible Project and are final and binding.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on March 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period:
(a) Log into your personal Facebook account.
(b) Create a new Facebook post that:

Once you complete all of the steps above during the Giveaway Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway, subject to these Official Rules. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning. Sharing a donation link does not require you to donate.
SHARING AND NUMBER OF ENTRIES
You may share the donation link and tag our pages as many times as you wish to help spread the word about the Hillbilly Bible Movie. However, regardless of the number of posts you make, you will receive a maximum of one (1) entry per natural person for the entire Giveaway Period. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, combine multiple posts from the same person and count them as a single entry. Automated, fake, or spam accounts may be disqualified.
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) Voyage-Air Guitar, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) starting at $799 USD (exact model to be determined by Voyage-Air Guitar and Sponsor in their sole discretion). Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
After the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by or under the supervision of Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted within approximately 7–14 days after the drawing via: (a) Facebook direct message; and/or (b) a comment on, or reference to, their entry post. The potential winner may be required to confirm their identity, age, and eligibility (for example, by providing a valid government-issued photo ID and matching Facebook account) and provide a valid U.S. shipping address.
If the potential winner (a) cannot be contacted; (b) fails to respond within 7 days of the initial notification; (c) fails to provide required verification; or (d) is deemed ineligible or in violation of these rules, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant or potential winner and to disqualify anyone who uses false or misleading information, creates fake or multiple accounts, or otherwise attempts to interfere with or manipulate the Giveaway.
PRIZE SHIPMENT, CONDITION & LIMITATIONS
The prize will be shipped one (1) time to the verified winner at the U.S. address they provide. The Released Parties are not responsible for any loss, delay, misdelivery, or damage to the prize during shipping. If there is damage during shipping, Voyage-Air Guitar may, in its sole discretion, work with the shipping carrier to address repair or replacement, but no specific remedy, outcome, or timing is guaranteed.
Once the guitar is shown as delivered by the carrier and/or confirmed by the recipient, the Released Parties have no further responsibility or obligation regarding the prize, including any damage, loss, theft, or misuse after delivery. The prize is provided “as is” by Sponsor, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Any manufacturer warranty, if available, is strictly between the winner and the manufacturer.
PUBLICITY & USE OF NAME
Where permitted by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and the Released Parties the right to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation or notice.
NON‑DISCRIMINATION, FAIRNESS & NO CLAIMS
Sponsor intends this Giveaway to be fair, inclusive, and non‑discriminatory. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Being a supporter, donor, critic, or having any particular belief, religion, or background does not increase or decrease your chances of winning. Many eligible people will not win, and not being selected as the winner does not create any claim of discrimination, unfair treatment, or “cancellation.” Participants acknowledge that only one (1) prize will be awarded.
CONDUCT, HARASSMENT, AND THIRD‑PARTY BEHAVIOR
This Giveaway is meant to be positive and uplifting. By participating, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully online.
The Released Parties are not responsible for the behavior, comments, or actions of third parties on Facebook or any other platform, including any negative comments, harassment, “cancel culture” efforts, spam, or online attacks directed at you or anyone else because of your participation, posts, or opinions. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims arising out of third‑party comments, posts, messages, or actions on social media, whether directed at you, the Sponsor, the Hillbilly Bible Movie, the Hillbilly Bible Project, Voyage‑Air Guitar, or anyone associated with this Giveaway.
Sponsor maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for harassment, threats, hate speech, defamation, or abusive behavior directed at the winner or other entrants; or at Sponsor, the Hillbilly Bible Movie, the Hillbilly Bible Project, Voyage‑Air Guitar, or any partners, sponsors, or staff. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, block, report, remove, or disqualify any participant who engages in harassing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct related to this Giveaway.
RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, each participant agrees to fully and forever release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined in Section 1) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to:
• Participation in the Giveaway;
• Any attempts to enter or inability to enter;
• The administration of the Giveaway or any decisions made by Sponsor or the Hillbilly Bible Project (including eligibility determinations, winner selection, or disqualification);
• Any social media activity related to the Giveaway (including negative comments, “cancel culture,” or online attacks by third parties);
• Not being selected as the winner;
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
• Shipping, delay, damage, loss, or theft of the prize;
• Any alleged offense, disagreement, or controversy stemming from or related to the Hillbilly Bible Movie, the Hillbilly Bible Project, or this promotion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Giveaway.
TECHNICAL AND PLATFORM ISSUES
The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information; technical failures of any kind (including, but not limited to, Facebook outages, connectivity issues, or platform changes); lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; any unauthorized human or automated intervention in the entry process; or any injury or damage to persons or property, including to a participant’s or any other person’s computer or device, related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway cannot run as planned (including tampering, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway and, if reasonably feasible, select a winner from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used only for administration of this Giveaway and communications related to the Hillbilly Bible Project and related promotions. Sponsor will not sell entrants’ personal information to third parties.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that any claim must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor, not to Facebook, and agree to release Facebook from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
